The talking Serpent was not directly made by God among the Beasts of the field or like other serpents.
but the Serpent was the wisest amongst all the beasts of the field God made because the Serpent was Satan.
Satan and his followers continue to invent things from the pit of hell which are used up here in the world,
but the first invention of Satan used in the world was the talking Serpent called "Sotona" which Satan made.
Recall, both Moses+Aaron's rod and Egyptian magicians' rods became Serpents, one by God, others devils.
Satan made and became the Serpent in beginning, Satan makes and becomes the great Red Dragon in ending.
