Q&A 01: Did Adam Choose His Brain or Experiences?

QUESTION
This is exactly what I mean by hypocrisy. Adam did not create himself. He did not give himself the kind of brain that reached the conclusion that he should eat the fruit. Everything Adam did resulted from the brain he was given and the experiences to which he was exposed—none of which he chose. Why do you carefully avoid that fact?

RESPONSE
From my end, I do not carefully avoid facts through hypocrisy when responding to questions or objections against my message about God. I understand that Adam did not make himself, his brain, or the experiences to which he was exposed. I simply do not regard his brain-set or experiences as the things to blame for his decision to listen to his wife and disobey God. It was about his heart, not merely his brain; his inspiration, not merely his experiences; his devotion, not his education; and his loyalty and virtues, not the Serpent’s cunning or the signs displayed through the woman.
