If God sees evil happen and does nothing, can he be all all powerful and allloving at the same time? Yes. God is both all powerful and allloving, even when he sees evil happening and does nothing. If he always reacts or acts whenever he sees evil happening, it means he is moved or manipulated by evil. Neither his all powerfulness nor his alllovingness is conditional or conditioned by any happening evil. God is far above and beyond either the invocation or provocation of evil. All evils are less than nothing before his love and power. God does not have to engage every evil at the level, timing and ground to prove his love or power. God has his own ways.
