Introducing The God in Heaven who Declares Secrets on Earth, in Babylon

This Bible verse above both proves that God of heaven reveals secrets even to those who do not know Him, and makes even men who have no relationship with Him to be seers. Nebuchadnezzar did not know this God when the God already made known to him or revealed secrets to him, of latter days events; but Daniel here was introducing the God of heaven to Nebuchadnezzar.

I pick two things Daniel did by his speech here to Nebuchadnezzar the king, and those two things form the structures of my comments on this Bible verse above:

*1* Daniel Introduced the God of heaven to Nebuchadnezzar, as the Revealer of Secrets: (God in heaven rather than God in Israel).

*2* Daniel associated or apportioned the revelation or dream to Nebuchadnezzar, rather than to himself: (no false authorship). It's Nebuchadnezzar's dream or his visions from God, though God revealed the dream or interpretation to Daniel. Daniel kept that credit to the seer, though he was the interpreter or the unveiler. Thus, it's as Pharaoh's dreams were yet Pharaoh's, not Joseph's, though Joseph was used by God to interpret or translate them. The messages were Pharaoh's Messages, not Joseph's; or they were Nebuchadnezzar's messages, not Daniel's.

** "There is a God in heaven, who reveals secrets" — was how Daniel Introduced God to Nebuchadnezzar the king and his palace men. 

In case you don't know, apart from the tournament of "the God that answers by fire let Him be God," another tournament was like the God that can reveal secrets and declare things to come in future let Him be God. As it is written,

[Isaiah 41:22‭-‬23 ICB] — Bring in your idols to tell us what is going to happen. Have them tell us what happened in the beginning. Then we will think about these things. Then we will know how they will turn out. Tell us what will happen in the future. Tell us what is coming next. Then we will believe that you are gods. Do something, whether it is good or bad. Make us afraid of you.

[Isaiah 46:9-11] — "Remember the former things of old: for I am God, and there is none else; I am God, and there is none like Me, Declaring the end from the beginning, and from ancient times the things that are not yet done, saying, My counsel shall stand, and I will do all My pleasure: Calling a ravenous bird from the east, the man that executes My counsel from a far country: yes, I have spoken it, I will also bring it to pass; I have purposed it, I will also do it."

[1 Samuel 2:3] — "Talk no more so exceeding proudly; let not arrogance come out of your mouth: for the LORD is a God of knowledge, and by Him actions are weighed."

**Even as Daniel Introduced the God of heaven as the Revealer of Secrets to Nebuchadnezzar the king, Daniel further stated that the God has already made known or revealed secrets to the king without him knowing; and the secrets or knowledge God revealed to Nebuchadnezzar through his dream were stretched through the last days events.

You see that God, the Revealer of Secrets, usually reveals more secrets to us than we even realized. We are so dull as humans, without discerning many things. Recall the voices and visions of days and nights, and how night to night reveals knowledge. These Seven things declare (reveal) things to us from God every day, though we do not perceive or understand them. Four of them are in this next Bible reference, namely; the heavens, the Firmament, the Days, the Nights: As it is written,

[Psalms 19:1‭-‬4] — The heavens declare (reveals) the glory of God; And the firmament shows (reveals) His handiwork. Day unto day utters speech, And night unto night reveals knowledge. There is no speech nor language where their voice is not heard. Their line has gone out through all the earth, and their words to the end of the world. In them He has set a tabernacle for the sun,

Number 5 includes the Stars of heaven that are all prophets made to reveal signs, seasons and events/advent of things. Number 6 includees the visible creations God made to reveal the invisible attributes, eternal power and Godhead of the unseen God, so that we may know Him or have His Revelation before seeing Him.

But I am more talking about the 7 in this list of things by which God the Revealer of Secrets daily reveals secrets to men, without the Holy Spirit's Gifts or spiritual gifts. This 7th way is by dreams, as Daniel would explain to Nebuchadnezzar the king that the God of heaven already revealed or made known to him what are to come in the latter days. As it is written,

[Job 33:14-15] — "For God speaks once, yes twice, yet man perceives it not. In a dream, in a vision of the night, when deep sleep falls on men, in slumberings on the bed;"
