1. The words of the blessing of Enoch, with which he blessed the elect and righteous, who will be living in the day of tribulation, when all the wicked and godless are to be removed.
2. And he began his story saying: Enoch a righteous man, whose eyes were opened by God, saw the vision of the Holy One in heaven, which the angels showed me, and I heard everything from them, and I saw and understood, but it was not for this generation, but for a remote one which is to come.
3. Concerning the elect I said, as I began my story concerning them: The Holy Great One will come out from His dwelling.
4. And the eternal God will tread on the earth, (even) on Mount Sinai, and appear in the strength of His might from heaven.
5. And all shall be very afraid, and the Watchers shall shake, and great fear and trembling shall seize them to the ends of the earth.
6. And the high mountains shall be shaken, and the high hills shall be laid low, and shall melt like wax in the flame.
7. And the earth shall be wholly torn apart, and all that is on the earth shall be destroyed, and there shall be a judgment on all.
8. But with the righteous He will make peace; and will protect the elect and mercy shall be on them. And they shall all belong to God, and they shall prosper, and they shall be blessed. And the light of God shall shine on them.
9. And behold! He comes with ten thousand of His holy ones (saints) to execute judgment on all, and to destroy all the ungodly (wicked); and to convict all flesh of all the works of their ungodliness which they have ungodly committed, and of all the hard things which ungodly sinners have spoken against Him.
[1 Enoch 1:1] — The words of the blessing of Enoch, with which he blessed the elect and righteous, who will be living in the day of tribulation, when all the wicked and godless are to be removed.
As we advance through tribulation of the last days, the words (book) of Enoch will grow more relevant and applicable. As you saw in this verse above, the words of the blessing of Enoch already proclaimed and reserved blessings upon the last days or tribulation saints and elect ones. The age for the releasing of Enoch's blessings upon the righteous, elect and saints, during tribulation and trials of the endtimes are at hand. Many righteous and elect ones shall be gifted with powers, spiritual gifts, greater anointing and miracles, and demonstrations of the Spirit of God, during these last days more than those witnessed before. The words of blessings of Enoch, with which he blessed the saints, the righteous, the elect, and faithful ones, in the last days of tribulation, shall surely be fulfilled in making much more grace, blessings and power of God upon His People in the last days to make them accomplish more than all those that had gone before them.
However, while the blessings are increasing the righteous during the tribulation, the tribulation would be reducing and removing the wicked, the unrighteous and the sinners.
[1 Enoch 1:2] — And he began his story saying: Enoch a righteous man, whose eyes were opened by God, saw the vision of the Holy One in heaven, which the angels showed me, and I heard everything from them, and I saw and understood, but it was not for this generation, but for a remote one which is to come.
Saying there's none righteous, for all have sinned and fallen short of the glory of God, is not always true across all generations. There were indeed righteous men who have not sinned, and they walked with God. No sin or iniquity was beheld in them, and they were blameless before the Throne of God. In this verse above, Enoch mentioned his own name, "Enoch" and introduced himself as "A Righteous Man," who's eyes were opened by God, and he saw vision of the Holy One in heaven. Isaiah saw the vision of the Holy One in heaven and Isaiah comparatively saw himself as "Woe is me, a man of unclean lips in the midst of people of unclean lips" [Isaiah 6:5]. But Enoch already the same Holy One in heaven, and yet declared he, Enoch, was a righteous man, who's eyes were opened by God, and saw the visions of the Holy One in heaven.
Sometimes you think you are clean or righteous, but wait until you see the holiness of the Holy One in heaven, and then your conscience will judge whether you are clean/holy compared to the Holiness of the Holy One in heaven. Therefore, be you holy as God in heaven holy (1 Peter 1:15-16), be perfect as your Father in Heaven is Perfect (Matthew 5:48).
Angels of God conducted and showed Enoch the visions, but those visions were not for Enoch times but for the last days or far future times. But importantly, Enoch understood the visions he saw even though those visions were not for his times for the last days or far future. Daniel did not understand all the visions the angel showed him because it was for endtimes and therefore the parts he did not understand were "Sealed" until the days for them (Daniel 12:8-9,4), and John in Revelation too had the messages of the 7 Thunders sealed (Revelation 10:4)(Isaiah 29:11). But behold, Enoch understood the visions and Revelations of the last days, or they were not sealed to him, though they were for the far future times.
[1 Enoch 1:3] — Concerning the elect I said, as I began my story concerning them: The Holy Great One will come out from His dwelling.
Enoch's story is about the elect, righteous or saints, of God: and for their sake, the Holy One, the Great One, the Almighty God, will come out of His Dwelling and be exposed for the sake of the elect ones. Infact, for the sake of the Elect, the Holy One would lay down His Life.
[1 Enoch 1:4] — And the eternal God will tread on the earth, (even) on Mount Sinai, and appear in the strength of His might from heaven.
For the sake of the Elect or the People of God, the Eternal God will not only come out of His Dwelling, but would even descend from heaven to earth and walk this earth with His Strength and Might, even on Mount Sinai, where His Feet were seen [Exodus 24:10]. Therefore, the earth shall become God's Footstool for the sake of the Elect or People of God.
But Mount Sinai has had its turn of bearing God's Feet, and behold Mount Olives is next major Mountain where the Feet of the Lord God Almighty shall stand when God comes out and descends from heaven for the sake of the Holy People of God. As it is written,
[Zechariah 14:3-4] — "Then the LORD will go out to fight against those nations, as He fights in the day of battle. On that day His Feet will stand on the Mount of Olives, east of Jerusalem, and the Mount of Olives will be split in two from east to west, forming a great valley, with half the mountain moving to the north and half to the south."
[1 Enoch 1:5] — And all shall be very afraid, and the Watchers shall shake, and great fear and trembling shall seize them to the ends of the earth.
The day God manifests and all men see Him shall be a day of terror and fearfulness. Behold, no mortal man can see God in the flesh and live; but in that day, death too shall be fleeing and shaken. There's a unique form of fear and terror that grips any man when he sees God in Judgment Mode or War Mode. Even the Watchers shall shake, the stars shall tremble. As it is written,
[Revelation 6:12-17] — "And I saw when He opened the sixth seal, and there was a great earthquake, and the sun became black as sackcloth of hair, and the whole moon became like blood, and the stars of heaven fell to the earth, as a fig tree casts its unripe figs, being shaken by a great wind. And heaven departed like a scroll being rolled up, and every mountain and island were moved out of their places. And the kings of the earth, and the great ones, and the commanders, and the rich, and the powerful, and every slave and free, hid themselves in the caves, and among the rocks of the mountains. And they say to the mountains and to the rocks, “Fall on us and hide us from the face of the One sitting on the throne, and from the wrath of the Lamb, because the great day of Their wrath has come, and who is able to stand?”"
[Revelation 1:7-8] — "Behold, He is coming with the clouds, and every eye will see Him, and those who pierced Him, and all the tribes of the earth will wail because of Him. Yes! Amen! “I am the Alpha and the Omega,” says Lord God, the One being, and who was, and who is coming, the Almighty."
[1 Enoch 1:6] — And the high mountains shall be shaken, and the high hills shall be laid low, and shall melt like wax in the flame.
[Psalms 97:5] – "The hills melted like wax at the presence of the LORD, at the presence of the Lord of the whole earth."
Mountains, High Hills, Skyscrapers, high things, etc, shall be in great trouble in the day the Lord God shall come out of His Dwelling or Secret Place.
[Isaiah 2:10-19 NKJV] — Enter into the rock, and hide in the dust, From the terror of the Lord And the glory of His majesty. The lofty looks of man shall be humbled, The haughtiness of men shall be bowed down, And the Lord alone shall be exalted in that day. For the day of the Lord of hosts Shall come upon everything proud and lofty, Upon everything lifted up— And it shall be brought low— Upon all the cedars of Lebanon that are high and lifted up, And upon all the oaks of Bashan; Upon all the high mountains, And upon all the hills that are lifted up; Upon every high tower, And upon every fortified wall; Upon all the ships of Tarshish, And upon all the beautiful sloops. The loftiness of man shall be bowed down, And the haughtiness of men shall be brought low; The Lord alone will be exalted in that day, But the idols He shall utterly abolish. They shall go into the holes of the rocks, And into the caves of the earth, From the terror of the Lord And the glory of His majesty, When He arises to shake the earth mightily.
[1 Enoch 1:7] — And the earth shall be wholly torn apart, and all that is on the earth shall be destroyed, and there shall be a judgment on all.
Even the earth cannot abide or endure the final Judgment of God upon all men, male and female. Destruction awaits all works, buildings, technologies, properties, etc, on the earth together with the earth: yet all people shall be judged by the things they did and things said on the earth.
[Revelation 20:11-12 NKJV] — Then I saw a great white throne and Him who sat on it, from whose face the earth and the heaven fled away. And there was found no place for them. And I saw the dead, small and great, standing before God, and books were opened. And another book was opened, which is the Book of Life. And the dead were judged according to their works, by the things which were written in the books.
[II Peter 3:10-12 NKJV] — But the day of the Lord will come as a thief in the night, in which the heavens will pass away with a great noise, and the elements will melt with fervent heat; both the earth and the works that are in it will be burned up. Therefore, since all these things will be dissolved, what manner of persons ought you to be in holy conduct and godliness, looking for and hastening the coming of the day of God, because of which the heavens will be dissolved, being on fire, and the elements will melt with fervent heat?
[1 Enoch 1:8] — But with the righteous He will make peace; and will protect the elect and mercy shall be on them. And they shall all belong to God, and they shall prosper, and they shall be blessed. And the light of God shall shine on them.
That's climaxing the Blessings of Enoch upon the righteous elect ones, and when those blessings climax upon the saints and the righteous, then there shall never again be any curse: the blessings shall terminate all curses from existence in the world of the righteous elect ones for eternity.
[Revelation 22:3-7 NKJV] — And there shall be no more curse, but the throne of God and of the Lamb shall be in it, and His servants shall serve Him. They shall see His face, and His name shall be on their foreheads. There shall be no night there: They need no lamp nor light of the sun, for the Lord God gives them light. And they shall reign forever and ever. Then he said to me, “These words are faithful and true.” And the Lord God of the holy prophets sent His angel to show His servants the things which must shortly take place. “Behold, I am coming quickly! Blessed is he who keeps the words of the prophecy of this book.”
To the Elect:
[I Peter 2:9-10 NKJV] — But you are a chosen generation, a royal priesthood, a holy nation, His own special people, that you may proclaim the praises of Him who called you out of darkness into His marvelous light; who once were not a people but are now the people of God, who had not obtained mercy but now have obtained mercy.
[1 Enoch 1:9] — And behold! He comes with ten thousand of His holy ones (saints) to execute judgment on all, and to destroy all the ungodly (wicked); and to convict all flesh of all the works of their ungodliness which they have ungodly committed, and of all the hard things which ungodly sinners have spoken against Him.
His coming also means the coming of myriads of His Saints and Angels with Him from heaven to earth. Meaning before this coming of the Lord, many would have gone to be with Him in heaven from the earth. We are not waiting for Him to make this coming before we get into Heaven; rather we are going to make this coming together with Him from heaven back to the earth.
Why returning to earth to execute all those?
[Proverbs 11:31] — "Behold, the righteous shall be recompensed in the earth: much more the wicked and the sinner."
[Jude 1:14-15 NKJV] — Now Enoch, the seventh from Adam, prophesied about these men also, saying, “Behold, the Lord comes with ten thousands of His saints, to execute judgment on all, to convict all who are ungodly among them of all their ungodly deeds which they have committed in an ungodly way, and of all the harsh things which ungodly sinners have spoken against Him.”
