1 ENOCH 4 - {Ethiopic Enoch}
[1 Enoch 4:1] And again, observe the days of summer how the sun is above the earth. And you seek shade and shelter because of the heat of the sun, and the earth also burns with growing heat, and so you cannot walk on the earth, or on a rock because of its heat.
Two Basic Points Below:
The Sun burns with hidden energy fire called "Heat" that can be felt but not seen with the eye of flesh. You felt the heat of that unseen fire burn on your exposed body skin or under your bare feet while treading the ground/rock that is exposed to the Sun in Summer Days for an hour. During the days of Summer, every exposed surface under the sun absorbs and reflects more of the heat of the sun the more the sun hits upon it. Even the wind would absorb the heat either directly from the sun or from the enclosed surfaces that have absorbed and transmitted the heat of the sun. Basically, the heat of the sun reaches even places where the light of the sun doesn't reach on the surface of the earth [Psalms 19:6].
And it's with this burning/scourging heat of the Sun in Summer Days that the grass withers, having their Foliages burnt and dried.
[James 1:11-12 NKJV] "For no sooner has the sun risen with a burning heat than it withers the grass; its flower falls, and its beautiful appearance perishes. So the rich man also will fade away in his pursuits. Blessed is the man who endures temptation; for when he has been approved, he will receive the crown of life which the Lord has promised to those who love Him."
Let the such heat testify in you that hidden Fire truly exists both in heaven and in hell. It's not every fire that can be seen with the eyes of flesh, for some fire is invisible to the eyes of flesh but can be felt just as the wind.
If you still find yourself feeling the heat of the Sun that gives you light, find yourself seeking shade or shelter from the heat of the sun, or find you cannot walk on the sand/rock during summer sunlight because of the heat of the sun, etc, let that remind you that it shall not be permanently so if you are one of the Sheep of God. The gospel states that God our Shepherd will lead His Sheep, and no heat of the sun or any heat would touch them in those days; and those days are more glorious days than summer days.
[Revelation 7:16-¬17 NKJV] They shall neither hunger anymore nor thirst anymore; the sun shall not strike them, nor any heat; for the Lamb who is in the midst of the throne will shepherd them and lead them to living fountains of waters. And God will wipe away every tear from their eyes.
[Isaiah 49:10-¬11 NKJV] They shall neither hunger nor thirst, Neither heat nor sun shall strike them; For He who has mercy on them will lead them, Even by the springs of water He will guide them. I will make each of My mountains a road, And My highways shall be elevated.
[Psalms 121:5-8] œThe LORD is your keeper: the LORD is your shade on your right hand. The sun shall not smite you by day, nor the moon by night. The LORD shall preserve you from all evil: he shall preserve your soul. The LORD shall preserve your going out and your coming in from this time forth, and even for ever more.
